Multicultural Seminars are held in partnership with Feevale University’s partner institutions abroad
Feevale Elementary and Secondary School, in partnership with the International and Institutional Affairs Office from Feevale University, will hold, in May, the second edition of the Multicultural Seminars. In order to develop multicultural learning activities, students at Feevale School have the opportunity, monthly, to exchange linguistic and cultural experiences with students and teachers from the institutions of Feevale's international network.
This month, the activities will have a partnership with Universidad Austral de Chile. The meetings, which will take place online, will be mediated by the director of International and Institutional Affairs at Feevale, Paula Casari Cundari, together with teachers Ana Carolina Brandini Gonçalves and Grasielle Wazlawick, from Feevale School, and Macarena Agüero Bustamante, from Universidad Austral de Chile. The seminars aim to enhance cultural exchange, develop aspects of global citizenship and use virtuality to bring Feevale's students and international partner institutions closer together.
The meetings are scheduled for May 14th, 21st and 28th, and will be aimed at students in the 1st stage of the 4th cycle of Feevale School. The activity will include the participation of Ian Moncada, a Chilean student, who will address Chile's education, schools, routine and cultures; Claudia Lobos, student of Pedagogy in History at Universidad Austral de Chile, who will talk about the geographic, historical and cultural aspects of Chile; and Ana Bustamante, a Chilean poet, who will comment on Chilean music and literature.
