95% of students who completed their undergraduate studies are working and about 76% have experienced career progression after graduation

A survey of employability conducted by Feevale University with graduates from on-campus and distance learning programs, who graduated between 2022 and 2024, reveals promising data for those seeking professional growth combined with academic training. The survey, conducted between September 8 and October 8, 2025, indicates that 94.9% of students are employed, and of them, 75.5% achieved career progression after graduation and 78.4% are working in areas directly related to the courses in which they completed their undergraduate studies. The data reinforces the importance of professional qualifications and higher education as a gateway to new opportunities. "The numbers show that Feevale plays a fundamental role in the employability of students and graduates, whether in the insertion of new professionals into the market or in strengthening the trajectory of those who are already working in their areas," highlights Rector José Paulo da Rosa.

According to the research, the percentage of graduates who are working directly in their fields of study are: Health (84.7%), Creative and Technological Sciences (83.6%) and Human and Social Sciences (74%). According to the Pro-Rector of Teaching, Maria Cristina Bohnenberger, the research aimed to understand the impact of academic training on the professional careers of graduates. "Feevale continues to invest in actions that strengthen employability, such as the Trame - Work and Market event, which is a job fair, the Career Mentoring program and the Opportunities portal itself, in addition to partnerships with companies from different segments," she emphasizes.
