With activities taking place on the Inspira, Conexões 360°, and Negócios Conscientes stages, the Novo Hamburgo Feevale Summit 2025 concluded on the 2nd, consolidating its position as one of the main events for innovation, entrepreneurship, and social transformation in Rio Grande do Sul. With the motto "Inspiring ideas. Building futures," the third edition of the free meeting was promoted by Feevale University, co-organized by the Novo Hamburgo City Hall, Sicredi Pioneira, and Feevale Techpark, in addition to the support of Sebrae.
People-Focused Education
Among the highlights of Thursday's program was the panel "Innovative Education: People at the Center of Transformation," held on the 360° Connections stage. The event was moderated by the rector of Feevale University, José Paulo da Rosa,
and featured speakers such as Flávio Abreu, Victor Gomes, José de Souza, and Ronald
Krummenauer. The debate brought together different perspectives on how to place human beings at the center of changes in education. During the activity, Rector José Paulo thanked all participants for their presence. "It's great to see this space so full of people interested in thinking about and transforming education. Let's take this moment
to reflect together on what is truly necessary to reinvent education and, most importantly, how we can put ideas into practice and make changes happeneffectively," he emphasized. The stage also hosted the panel "How major innovation events impact
cities." The debate brought together the mayor of Novo Hamburgo, Gustavo Finck; the mayor of Sapiranga, Carina Nath; the secretary of Innovation and Economic Development of Gramado, André Reis; and the secretary of Innovation of Porto Alegre, Luiz Carlos Pinto. Moderated by the mayor of Lindolfo Collor, Gaspar Behne, who chairs the Association of Municipalities of the German Valley. On the Inspira stage, attendees were able to attend the AI for Business lecture, led by Roberto Santos, which addressed how artificial intelligence can be practically applied in the daily lives of companies. Also in the same space, there was Artecola ESG Strategies lecture: how sustainability generates value for business and society, with Alessandra Luiza de Lemos, offered reflections on social and environmental responsibility as a competitive advantage and ethical commitment. On the Conscious Business stage, the Mothers Who Make It Happen case brought together Leticia Grings, Daniela Silveira Bittencourt, Camila da Conceição, and Queli Rodrigues da Silva in a discussion about female entrepreneurship, motherhood, and overcoming challenges. Also as a part of the space's program was the lecture Stories that Inspire Stories:
Social Impact through Crowdfunding, with Flávio Steffens, showing how collective funding campaigns can transform lives and communities. Novo Hamburgo Feevale Summit program concluded with a moment of celebration and togetherness. A concert by the band Paradox, performed on the Conexões 360° stage, marked the end of the event with music and fellowship among the participants.
