The Regional Council of the Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Consinos) held its Regional General Assembly this Tuesday morning, the 25th, at Campus II of Feevale University. On the occasion, the members of the new executive board and their councils were elected and sworn in, and the Consinos Statute was also approved. During the Assembly, the then interim president, Denise Rodrigues da Silva, also gave a comprehensive account of the Council's actions in the 2023-2025 term and presented an account of the period. Here's how the 2025-2027 administration is structured:

The members of the Council of Representatives were also elected and sworn in, along with the entities present. President-elect José Paulo da Rosa recalled that Feevale's motto is "building a better community together," and this idea perfectly reflects the objectives of Consinos. At the University, we are in a very relevant position, logistically speaking, in relation to the cities of Corede. With the entire structure of the Institution, I believe that we can carry out a proactive work to develop the region and use this education and technology structure to support our actions. "I am making myself available and will dedicate myself to doing a good job in these two years that we have ahead of us," he projected.

About José Paulo da Rosa

Rector of Feevale University, José Paulo holds a degree in Business Administration (Porto Alegre Faculty of Accounting and Administrative Sciences - Fapa) and a specialization in Management of Technical

Education Institutions (Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC). He also holds a master's and doctorate in Education (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS) and in Management and Business (Unisinos). He was Secretary of Education of Porto Alegre between 2023 and 2024.
