International professors worked with the Applied Computing research group
Feevale University receives international professors Franco Simini, Universidad de la República, Uruguay, Alejandro Piedrahita, Medellin Metropolitan Technological Institute (ITM) Colombia, and Valentina Tabares, from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. These professors develop works with the research group of Applied Computing, among other activities.
Simini is a biomedical engineer, who works at the Uruguayan university and at Hospital de Clínicas in Montevideo and visited Feevale on June 14.
Piedrahita works in his research with intelligent educational agents and technologies in teaching. He was in the Institution from June 21 to July 10.
Valentina develops research on the theme Accessibility in Educational Resources. She will be at Feevale between July 27 and August 31, and will give a lecture about Educational Resources for students of the class of Creative Technologies and Learning Objects of the Master’s Degree in Creative Industry.
