Moema Pereira Nunes' classes at Otto-von-Guericke Universität Magdeburg focused on qualitative research in the business area
Feevale University professor Moema Pereira Nunes was in Germany last week by an invitation of Otto-von-Guericke Universität Magdeburg. Moema taught the subject Qualitative Research in International Business, in the M.Sc. in International Business, to eight students from countries such as Pakistan, India, the United States and Turkey.
According to the professor, the master's degree course was proposed to meet a demand from the Department of International Business at Otto-von-Guericke, which has a quantitative profile, but needs training in qualitative methods. “The goal is to learn about the methodological possibilities of a qualitative approach for developing research in the area of international business,” explains Moema.

According to Lara Sander Dhein, a psychology student at Feevale who has been in Germany for seven months, the exchange program has always been a dream and has been life changing. “I know that now I no longer see things the same way as before, and for that reason I feel very grateful for having gone there with open arms to embrace the experiences that the exchange program could provide me, both the positive and the challenging ones, because in the end, they all taught me something. I would like to give a special thanks to Feevale for helping me so much in making this dream come true. Without the institution, none of this would be possible,” she declares.
