Recognition reinforces the University's commitment to the emotional and psychological well-being of its employees

This week, Feevale University received mental health certification from Great People Mental Health, an institution dedicated to promoting emotionally healthy work environments. With this recognition, Feevale joins a select group of organizations committed to promoting the mental health of their employees, reinforcing that well-being, productivity, and innovation go hand in hand. The seal received endorses the efforts being made by the Human Resources department to build a more humane, safe, and welcoming environment. Among the initiatives promoted is “Momento de Cuidar”, a program created in 2023, with a special focus on the mental health of employees. The initiative aims to develop teams in addressing mental health issues, as well as supporting them in their work-related demands. "Receiving this certification is a source of great pride and responsibility. It shows that we're on the right track," says Everton Zambon, Human Resources Manager.
