Laura Ribero Rueda joined activities with artists and researchers and explored a partnership with an educational institution

From July 16th to 24th, Laura Ribero Rueda, professor and researcher in the Graduate Program in Cultural Processes and Manifestations and the Visual Arts program at Feevale University, was an international guest in Colombia. She joined the third meeting of the Invisible Art and All Foundation and was on a technical visit to explore a partnership with the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (UNAB). With support from the Colombian Ministry of Culture, the Invisible Foundation aims to promote participation, access,

education, and enjoyment of art for sensorially diverse people, as well as diverse communities, to contribute to cultural development and social justice, as explained by the professor. Laura participated in the third meeting of Creation Laboratories, together with Mexican and Colombian artists and researchers.

The results of her research were shared with the academic community through the Nomadic Territory research project (Graduate Program in Cultural Processes and Manifestations), which includes research and artistic exhibitions. "We work with partaking artistic practices with migrants from the Vale do Sinos region, in partnership with the integrated project Center for Human Rights Education (Ceduca DH). Furthermore, we develop accessibility tools and strategies for people with visual impairments and low visibility, opening new spaces for access to culture," adds Laura.
