Cecília Minuscoli Vieira Receives Scholarship to Study Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Cecília Minuscoli Vieira, a 20-year-old Gastronomy student at Feevale University, has just returned from Italy, where she joined an exchange program at Cuoa Business School in Vicenza. She was awarded a scholarship for the Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship course, taught in English, offered by IBS Americas, which has a partnership with the institution.
About to get her degree in Gastronomy, Cecília says her experience in Europe will serve to broaden her understanding of management and strategies for the field in which she will graduate. "I developed exercises focused on starting a business and innovation. It was important for projecting all of this into restaurants," she says.
From a personal perspective, the student also says that the trip, which took place from July 7th to 24th, was important for her to realize that it's possible to achieve dreams even when you're alone. "Exploring the world gives us a sense of who we are and where we are," she declares.
Cecília is also a scholarship holder in the Productivity research project of the Graduate Program in Creative Industries, under the guidance of Professor Mary Sandra Guerra Ashton, who celebrates the opportunity for her.
