The University received the Workplace Mental Health seal on January 29th in São Paulo.

Feevale University is among the 30 Brazilian organizations recognized nationally for their practices in promoting mental health in the workplace. On January 29th, the institution received the Workplace Mental Health seal, granted by Great People Mental Health, a partner company of Great Place to Work (GPTW), which rigorously evaluates the emotional experience of employees in organizations.
The award was presented in São Paulo, where Feevale was represented by Fabrícia Boll, coordinator of Organizational Human Development (OHD) in the People Management sector. The award ceremony, which took place amidst activities related to White January, a national movement dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of mental and emotional health, highlights companies that consistently promote healthy, welcoming environments committed to people's well-being.
In this first edition, only the 30 highest-scoring organizations were recognized as Top 30 Workplace Mental Health 2025, among them Feevale University, which joins a select group of nationally prominent companies and institutions committed to promoting the mental health of their employees. To ensure independence and scientific rigor, the process involved a technical committee made up of experts in mental health, occupational medicine, organizational psychology, ethics, and law, responsible for validating criteria, analyzing sensitive cases, and ensuring high standards of integrity.
Feevale's Human Resources Manager, Everton Zambon, emphasizes that this award values and recognizes the University's work with employees on the topic of mental health. "We have carried out several preventive actions in all areas, enabling this positive perception of our performance among colleagues. These improvements generate greater engagement and better results for our institution. We are very happy and proud of this achievement," he says.
Recognitions
In June 2025, Feevale University had already received certification in mental health from Great People Mental Health. The previous month, it was also awarded the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, an international distinction that recognizes the best organizations to work for. This seal, valid for 12 months, is granted based on a survey of employees, where dimensions such as trust in leadership, respect, impartiality, pride, and team spirit were evaluated. In addition, Feevale has received the Top Human Being award, conferred by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources, Rio Grande do Sul Section (ABRH-RS), in the last two years. The results point to ways to strengthen the institutional environment and represent an indication of good people management practices.
