Luis Eduardo Schneider, professor of the Mechanical Engineering course and of the

Master's Degree in Materials Technology and Industrial Processes of Feevale University, will be in London from 9 to 18 of July. The purpose of the visit is to bring the University of Cambridge closer, aiming at future partnerships for scientific publications and new research projects in the materials area.

Since 2014, Feevale University has a materials selection software developed in the British university. The CES Selector (Cambridge Engineering Selector) is used in the classes of the following courses: Civil Engineering, Production, Electronic, Industrial - emphasis on Industrial Mechanical Engineering and emphasis on Industrial Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering, Design, in addition to the Master's Degree in Materials Technology and Industrial Processes. "Cambridge is the reference in the materials segment worldwide. That is why we use this software in classes at Feevale and now we are going there to show the results of the work and studies with it in order to prospect a partnership that can bear fruit, "explains the professor.
